Saturday, March 25, 2023 @ 9:00 Detta Cutright Robin Klestinec (C) Diann Papp Mo Stombaugh Jan Van Der Vliet On Friday, March 24 around 50 of the players for Sadie Hawkins enjoyed a Cocktail Party at the Arboretum. The food and drinks were definitely flowing throughout the evening. If you did not attend, you sure missed a good time!! On Saturday, March 25, 64 total players battled out for the top five places at our annual Sadie Hawkins tournament. In first place it was Mike and Linda Trent with a score of 56. In second place it was Betty and Jim Monin with a score of 58. Winning in a card playoff, Pat and Jim Goodman scored a 59 by beating out Kim Desmarais and her partner, Rick DePetris. In fifth place, Amy and Marty Gilman slid in with a 60. Our 4 Closest to the pin winners were as follows: 1) Jean Duskey - #3 2) Linda Trent - #17 3) Mike Duskey #7 and 4) Ross Reynolds #12. A big thanks goes to Anna Kathryn and Steve Isley who kept up with the scoring and awarding. That is no small feat!! We enjoyed a wonderful lunch put on by Duffers. This years Sadie Hawkins was another fun event with some close scores. The day was much cooler with some high winds but the sun was out and the gals enjoyed the company of the men to help mix it up.
