When there is a death in a member’s immediate family, or she has a serious illness or surgery, the Sunshine reps sends a condolence, get well, or “thinking of you” card. Anyone may call or email the rep on their own, or on someone else’s behalf. When possible, cards will be available for members to sign in the locker room.
The Member Care reps is available to coordinate meals or other “as needed” helpful activities when a member is experiencing a difficult time. Again, notify the rep. Phone calls will be made or emails will be circulated to invite members to provide assistance.
