The Oak Island Golf Club has instituted a new sign-up procedure for OIWGA Playdays.  You will no longer call the Pro Shop the morning of Playday. 

​If you wish to play on Wednesday or Saturday, you must send an email to [email protected] by 9:00 AM Tuesday or Friday:  
  • You can sign up via this email up to 48 hours in advance. 
  • Do not send requests more than 48 hours in advance of the intended play date, it will be disregarded. 
  • Sign-ups cannot be accepted after 9:00 AM on Tuesday or Friday.
  • Your request to play will be confirmed by reply email. 
Our WGA coordinator will send the list of members wishing to play to the Pro Shop.  The Pro Shop staff will set up our pairings as they have done in the past.  (If you must cancel after the 9:00 AM deadline, you must notify the Pro Shop staff.)  Ladybirds and Saturday Game Day sign-ups will remain the same.  You will email the appropriate leader to sign up for these events.
